When you place an order through our website:

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

We ship to locations specified at checkout. Delivery times and shipping costs are provided at the time of purchase and may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

Delays caused by postal or courier services are outside of our control. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are considered final, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

To request a return or exchange for a damaged item, please contact us at wichercraft@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or other documentation to assess the issue.

Approved returns must be shipped back in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
